Our wooden products are customized size,we can make size according to your requests,so pls tell us size of your preferred product picture.Or we can OEM according to your technology drawing.

When can i receive goods?
Normally our production time takes around 30-40days,ocean ship takes around30-40days,air ship takes around 5-10days,for hot seasons,the transportation may takes longer time,pls kindly make schedule ahead of time.

What’s your payment term?
Our payment term by T/T,30%payment before production,and balance 70%payment before delivery.We’ll take clearly production pictures and video for customers to check after our goods finished.

Can i order a sample?is it free of charge?
Yes,we support to customized sample before mass production order,according to our company’s policy,we’ll take few sample charge according to craftmanship,sample charge will be deducted after mass production order confirmed.

How many days can i get my sample?
It takes normally 5-7days to produce sample,we’ll talk exactly according to item’s craftmanship.
Airmail time takes around7-10days.

Can you put my logo on the wooden items?
Yes,we normally logo in this way-laser engraved,heat stamped,silk screen printed,UV printing,golden stamped,silver stamped and so on.

How do you ship goods?
We can ship by sea,by air,or by courier,for bulk goods,we suggest to ship by sea,which is the cheapest.

Yes,we have cooperated forwarders which are specialized to do DDU or DDP shipping term,pls confirm us goods delivery address and zipcode,we will consult DDU(DDP)freight for you.
